Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been brought together to help establish the third largest money transfer business in the world.We are currently looking for a B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing acquisition of business customers across our Xe and Dandelion Payments brands, through digital marketing efforts designed to effectively generate quality leads for our sales teams and campaigns to existing customers to increase transaction growth. We contribute to our community RequirementsWhat you'll do: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition Develop deep understanding of our brands target customers, and design and test demand generation campaigns Define and develop campaigns that seek to retain and activate our existing customers, addressing churn and increasing transactions Manage and optimize paid media budgets and campaigns Collaborate with sales and marketing team to align on targeting and lead generation strategies, and generate inbound leads from platforms such as email, our websites, social media and LinkedIn Responsibility for the Hubspot platform, ensuring it is accurate and complete, compliant and we can track performance effectively Who you are: 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing campaigns, with a track record of generating high quality leads and revenue growth Payments industry or SAAS experience preferred Experience of paid digital media placement and analytics Advanced knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Hubspot Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's Degree preferred in marketing, STEM or related field of study Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats - hands on execution, optimisation, tactical planning, managing relationships with platforms etc. Benefits Competitive Salary & Discretionary Bonus.
