Job Description:
Our client in Southern CT, an investor owned utility company, is currently seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in ADP Integration to assist in driving our next phase of transformation. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, blending deep analytical insight with hands-on integration expertise to optimize our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:•Work with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.•nalyze current business processes and suggest improvements aligned with ADP integration.•Help set strategic direction for ADP integration in alignment with the company's objectives.•ct as a key liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.•Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ADP integration solutions.•Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.•Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of integrated systems, recommending and driving improvements as necessary.•Lead post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and to identify areas of improvement.•Document business processes, integration workflows, and best practices.•ssist in training end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
