We do this by engineering, designing, manufacturing, supplying and field servicing forming and shoring products for concrete construction. DUTIES
Collects from customers in a timely matter, develops customer relationships to ensure all facets of the collection process is complete. Completes collections in required time standards.Provides administrative support functions including, but not limited to answering phones and greeting customers, maintaining district files, preparing field service workload, opening account orders, planning meetings and maintaining schedules and providing support to all district personnel.Enters 300 Sales Plan, routes executed contract packages and mails customer copies within required time frames, ensuring all functions of the overall contracting process is met.Maintains customers contact database through appropriate systems including updating company logos with appropriate contact information.Trains and supports use of appropriate sales tools (e.g.: TMOS, PASS presentation Tool Kits).Performs other job-related duties and special projects including maintenance of FORM MARKS mailing list and phone back-up.QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.Additional experience in sales, collections or administrative support field, a plus.Must also have above average interpersonal and written skills, with ability to prioritize assignments and adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary.Notary Public certification required.Must be proficient in Microsoft WORD, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to type 70 words per minute.Experience in Outlook or Access, a plus.Detail oriented, good numeric and alpha skills, as well as general filing and recordkeeping abilities.Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.No travel required.
Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
