Manage and handle insurance-related litigation, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Client Representation:
Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials, effectively advocating on their behalf.Case Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans for managing insurance coverage disputes and litigation.Legal Research:
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation, including analyzing case law and statutory provisions relevant to insurance coverage.Communication:
Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.Document Preparation:
Prepare and review legal documents, including coverage opinions, settlement agreements, and discovery materials.Requirements
Bar Admission:
Admission to the Illinois State Bar is required.Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:
