The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and insurance coverage, superior academic credentials, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services. This role involves representing clients in various litigation matters, analyzing insurance policies, and providing expert coverage opinions.Duties and Responsibilities:Represent clients in commercial litigation and professional liability litigation.Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues and draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation.Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on insurance-related matters.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation and coverage claims.Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.Requirements:Minimum of 4+ years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.Experience or interest in insurance coverage, cybersecurity, defense litigation, and commercial litigation is a plus.Superior academic credentials from a top-tier accredited law school.Member in good standing of the Illinois Bar; Indiana Bar membership is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office products.Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Illinois (Indiana Bar membership is a plus).Skills:Expertise in commercial litigation and insurance coverage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Effective project management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Location:Chicago, ILBenefits Offered:Annual discretionary bonus.Performance-based bonus.Professional and client development opportunities.Company Info:BCG Attorney Search200 South Wacker Drive, 31st FloorChicago, Illinois, United States 60606Phone:
