The role involves handling various cases, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, mass arbitrations, and state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to gaming industry clients.Manage and prosecute cases related to consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitrations.Conduct legal research and analysis about gaming law issues.Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics.Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and other court filings.Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.Experience practicing law, with a focus on gaming law preferred.Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters.Strong understanding of state and federal gaming regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.Skills:Litigation experience in gaming law.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Knowledge of state and federal gaming regulations.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy.
