Join our research team and help us manage a robust and dynamic research program. You will be overseeing staff working in Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Birth Equity, and Family Medicine. Be an integral part in making a difference in Reproductive Biology Research.What you will do:Hiring/training new research staffManage day-to-day operations for research staff and PIsImprove flow and efficiencies for research workflowsPartner with finance to conduct monthly finance meetings with PI teams to ensure study invoices are completed and deficits are avoidedPartner with NS Leadership for operational updatesAssist with study start-up/budgeting/recruiting approvalsReview/approve time cards for direct reports (research coordinators/research nurses/research assistants, etc)Conduct annual reviews and manage HR issues for direct reportsProvide subject matter expertise for research to other programsTroubleshoot facilities issues (HIT for computer issues, facilities work order, etc.)Other duties as assignedWhat you will need:Education:

Bachelor's degree requiredExperience:

General knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and research processes. Experience in a clinical research or related setting with increasing responsibility preferred. Prior supervisory and research budget experience preferred.Skills:
