Membership and Annual Fund ManagerJob Summary:Under the direction of the Membership and Annual Fund Manager, the Member Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Museum’s Membership and Annual Fund programs and serves as a liaison between the Museum and its donors. Key areas of responsibility include: member communications and customer service, donation acknowledgement, benefits fulfillment including member programming and events, volunteer coordination, and onsite member experience.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in an administrative, customer service, or similar role.2 years of experience in an arts and culture, education, or non-profit organization.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills.Previous experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or other database for data entry, report generation, and fundraising analysis.Ability to interface positively with high-level donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.Possesses good judgment and handles confidential information with discretion.Exhibits a polished presence, diplomacy, and a deep respect for and understanding of the local community served by the Museum.Honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, perspective, and a strong work ethic supported by commitment and follow-through.Ability to work within and support a diverse community of visitors, artists, and employees.Compensation:The Honolulu Museum of Art is committed to practicing salary transparency. The minimum salary for this position is

$20.00 per hour

and the maximum salary is

$24.00 per hour . General office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm with flexible scheduling as needed. Ability to operate general office equipment including computer, copier, printers, fax machine, etc. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, up to 25 lbs. of general office material or equipment.
