The

Experience Design Manager

will work on the Zelis Payments and Communication Product team to help assess, build, optimize and monetize payer customer journeys and experiences that drive value, satisfaction and loyalty. If you have a customer-centric mindset and experience independently leading projects through an established software development lifecycle, this may be the role for you! You will utilize business and customer data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and tell impactful stories. The successful candidate will drive multiple projects at once and have a highly collaborative approach.Location and Workplace Flexibility:

We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture and all of our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies. This role does require the ability to travel 5-10% of the time for in-person meetings.Responsibilities:Maintain an ongoing perspective around the voice of the customer and advocate for customer-centric solutions. Translate insights into product requirements.Meet with business partners to understand business needs and translate those needs into requirements.Establish and track project plans and KPIs, as well manage a global view of work underway and the story of progress.Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer experience initiatives, including but not limited to:Document & refine requirementsIdentify & help source data needsCoordinate QA and UATWrite internal & external documentation of new & modified featuresPartner with key stakeholders on rollout plansRequirements:5+ years strong project management experience5+ years of experience using PowerPoint for visual storytelling5+ years of experience advising on UX design5+ years sourcing, analyzing and visualizing dataHold subject matter expertise in customer insights, business, planning and analysisPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with JIRAExperience in the healthcare and/or payments industryCommitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging:
