Overview

Deutsche Bank's Compliance Testing team, a part of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) division, conducts reviews to evaluate the firm's compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to help ensure that control gaps are adequately escalated and mitigated through remedial actions. Compliance Testing is responsible for conducting regional and global compliance reviews across divisions to ensure that the organization adheres to legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to work independently with various stakeholders to execute deliverables.

Periodically report on significant activities conducted and planned for the upcoming periodMaintain solid working relationships with Business Line Compliance, Front Office, Operations, Group Audit, and other control groups throughout the region. Interact with Senior Manager of the Compliance Testing both in the U.S. and other RegionsSome travel may be requiredSkills You'll NeedStrong knowledge of regulations governing financial institutions including the rules and regulations of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), NFA, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)Knowledge of Corporate Banking, Private Bank, or Bank Regulatory related products and servicesRelevant experience with a financial services firm within Legal, Compliance, Operations or Audit and/or regulatory organization in a role that relates to financial servicesAbility to understand and interpret various laws, regulations, and policiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and senior managementSkills That Will Help You ExcelStrong business writing skillsStrong analytical and investigative skillsStrong organizational and project management skills and attention to detailAbility to support multiple compliance reviews and projects at the same time and meet timely deadlinesA background in compliance testing, audit or risk is a strong plusExpectations

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $75,000 to $110,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
