This is a remote position.Job Highlights:• Permanent work from home• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm EST, 40 hours a weekResponsibilities:Routing daily stops for a fleet of 10 trucks.Managing fleet arrival times using CRM and adjusting as needed.Closing jobs once each stop completes - verifies job notes and adjusts pricing, time to service, etc if needed.Providing date availability to sales and service teams for new and existing customer enquiries.Updating and optimizing the scheduling calendar when new jobs book.Requirements
Ideally, the candidate would have some experience in scheduling or routing.Candidates that have worked in fleet logistics, shipping, etc.Would need to be able to effectively communicate via phone, chat, and email.Needs to be able to learn and use a custom built (specific to our industry) CRM.
