This is a remote position.Schedule:Full-timeMonday to Friday8:30am – 5:00pmWith an hour (30 minutes paid and 30 minutes unpaid) break.Hollywood, FL, ETS timezoneResponsibilities:
Post sales verification: To proactively call customers/distributors to verify the person placing the order is authentic (goal is to verify, our e-commerce and commission-based sales system is not being misused).Monitor and update order information in backend systems across multiple time zones.Identify and report issues with orders, ensuring timely shipping and delivery.Create daily reports on orders outside defined shipping parameters.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and delays.Future Growth Opportunities:
Depending on skills, experience, willingness, and open positions, the candidate can be eligible in the future for more responsibilities to grow in one or more of the following functions: customer service, returns department, support to finance department.Requirements
Must-have skills:Good verbal (phone) and written (email) communication skills.Timely responsiveness.Past experience in phone-based customer service is critical and helpful.
