This is a remote position.Regular working hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM Manila Time), with an hour unpaid break.Responsibilities:Save all claims documents coming in from our clients, referral sources, and email inboxes to the client’s folder.Qualifications:
Previous experience in claims management or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital in managing multiple claims efficiently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to handle communications with clients and insurance carriers professionally.Proficiency in English and Spanish languages to interact with bilingual clients effectively.Familiarity with insurance policies, procedures, and regulations is advantageous.Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
