This is a remote position, with preference given to qualified candidates in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia metro area (DMV).

What You'll Do

Support various administrative aspects of business development and proposalsAssist with proposal activities including scheduling, coordination, knowledge capture and documentation.Track solicitations and identify business opportunitiesHelp manage customer relationships.Monitor government intelligence platforms, manage and update CRM/Sales Pipeline systemsContribute to department knowledge base maintenance.Complete data calls, requests for information, and market surveys.Attend pre-bid meetings, project reviews and industry events as needed.Provide business development support.Requirements: Skills + Experience

2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales, marketing, or similar role (internship experience acceptable).Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, CRM Software (or ability to quickly learn).Proven ability to work virtually.Willingness to attend occasional in-person events, meetings or worksessions in the DMV areaU.S. Citizenship required.Bonus Points:
