Position Summary
Responsible for assisting with the reporting, planning, organizing, scheduling, and directing the Associate activities of the Card Operations Department. Oversees all operational card processing functions and accounting. Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures and modifies as needed. Ensures that card processing activities are conducted in accordance with established regulations and standards. Completes the resolution of difficult or sensitive card processing transactions. Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently. Supervises, directs, and evaluates Card Operations personnel.Qualifications/Experience
At least five years of related experience in Card Operations.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.Accredited VISA Dispute Resolution Certified Associate certification preferred upon hire or will be required within two years of employment.Operational understanding of all Department functions.Knowledge of card processing policies and procedures.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Well organized.Solid communication abilities.Able to manage projects and meet deadlines.Ability to use card production machine, PC, teller terminal, 10-key, telephone, and all related business machines.Salary Range
Minimum - $57,576Maximum - $92,122
