Position SummaryResponsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive corporate-wide consumer and business compliance program to ensure that the organization has effective policies, procedures, and practices which adhere to regulatory requirements and applicable law. Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures and modifies as needed. Trains, directs, and appraises department personnel.Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of five years of related experience, credit union industry preferred but not required.Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.Knowledge of applicable federal and state financial regulations to include credit union or banking policies and procedures.Understanding of deposit and lending law, procedures, and documentation.Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.Strong communication and public relations skills.Salary Range
Minimum - $96,235Maximum - $173,222
