Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking

Human Resources and Operations Manager

to lead our HR and Operations functions. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our people and operational practices align with our strategic goals, fostering an inclusive, compliant, and efficient workplace for our domestic and international operations.

This role will manage everything from employee benefits to payroll, recruiting, and vendor relationships. The role will require strategic leadership, an eye for operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You will work directly with leadership, contributing to both short and long-term planning for our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Benefits Management : Establish and manage employee benefit programs, including negotiating with carriers for health/dental and other benefits. Manage Cafeteria plans, 401K plans, and simple POP plans.

HR & Operations Policy Development : Develop and maintain HR and Operations policies, procedures, programs, and services in alignment with local and international regulatory compliance and immigration policies.

Payroll Management : Oversee all domestic and international payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Strategic Planning : Actively contribute to the development of short- and long-term strategic plans that align HR and operational goals with overall company objectives.

Recruitment : Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring our hiring process is inclusive, efficient, and attracts top talent.

Insurance Management : Handle all insurance policy negotiations, renewals, and implementation of new policies.

Compliance & Employee Relations : Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including managing visa and immigration issues. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our core values of collaboration and innovation.

Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operational functions, including office and facility maintenance, vendor coordination, expense management, and general office administration responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR and operations experience, preferably in a global or telecommunications company with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong experience managing employee benefit plans, payroll (domestic and international), and compliance with regulatory standards.

Proven track record in strategic planning and policy development.

Certifications : PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent highly preferred.

Specialized Skills

Demonstrated ability to handle complex HR and operational issues, including benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with local and international laws.

Knowledge of immigration policies and employment law, especially related to international operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
