Join us as a Director of Quality where you'll set ambitious goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within our quality department. In this pivotal role, you'll manage resources to achieve key quality metrics, collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize design manufacturability, and provide crucial engineering support to maintain high standards. You'll be at the forefront of resolving quality issues, implementing strategic action plans, and communicating our unwavering commitment to continuous improvement. This position is located in our Brillion, WI location.DAY TO DAY...Set goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for teams and individual members.Accountable for managing resources to ensure key quality department metrics are met.Collaborate with internal and external customers' quality and engineering personnel to determine critical part features and review the manufacturability of design.Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques.Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.Effectively communicate and reinforce company commitment to quality improvement efforts.Determine when process stability and capability studies should be performed.For full info follow application link.
