Position Overview:As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be the culinary quarterback, calling the plays for an unforgettable guest experience across all our vibrant dining destinations. From the daily complimentary breakfast at Homewood Suites to Bistro39's acclaimed dinner service and the NY Garden Deli's convenient breakfast and lunch options, you'll oversee a talented team dedicated to creating exceptional moments.

You'll wear many hats, from overseeing daily operations and menu development to managing staff and budgets.

We're looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years of experience in a food & beverage leadership role

Possesses a deep understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control, food safety, and cost control

The ability to manage labor and schedule to forecast

Has effectively managed budgets and monthly checkbooks to maintain budgeted food and beverage costs

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively

Is a passionate and inspiring leader who can motivate and develop their team

Provides exceptional guest service and fosters a positive, welcoming environment

Bonus points if you:

Have experience working with the Hilton brand

Are a whiz with inventory management systems (we use YellowDog)

Have a creative flair for menu/specials development

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, progressive leadership and with a track record of success.

F&B certificates or training courses that have enhanced your knowledge, skills and abilities.

Competitive salary and benefits package:

$75K - $80K annual salary.
