Job Summary:

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you lead the charge in creating exceptional guest experiences while cultivating a positive and engaging work environment. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction, driving sales, boosting profitability, and ensuring smooth operations through strategic initiatives and effective cost controls.What will you do:Team Management and Guest Experience:Inspire and motivate your team to consistently exceed guest expectations, fostering a culture of excellence.Manage the hiring, training, supervision, development, and coaching of F&B supervisory staff and team members in line with company policies.Ensure ongoing training to keep the team sharp and enhance the guest service experience.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep in all venues, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Promote a safe work environment for both guests and team members, prioritizing safety and well-being.Adapt and lead by example, taking on additional duties as needed to support the team and elevate the guest experience.Operational Efficiency and Controls:Uphold high service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience across all F&B areas.Address procedural and hospitality challenges promptly, including guest recovery and SOP adjustments.Monitor and manage financial aspects of each F&B area, ensuring adherence to service standards, product specs, and departmental efficiencies.Implement controls for food, beverage, and labor costs to optimize profitability.Track, control, and report on inventory, COGS, labor, and other expenses to keep operations streamlined.Coordinate F&B operations for special events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive revenue and engagement, partnering with Marketing when needed.Negotiate with vendors to maintain supply quality and manage costs effectively.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving operations.Legal Compliance and Documentation:Ensure fair and consistent disciplinary documentation for employees.Collaborate with Human Resources to meet legal and compliance standards.Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with local, state, and federal laws.Diverse Duties:Boost revenue and guest engagement through strategic initiatives like seasonal menus, specials, and promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience.Partner with the Culinary team on menu programming, equipment needs, and maintaining cleanliness standards.What are the requirements:Skills/Qualifications:Culinary school diploma or related degree preferred.Previous experience in a large-scale corporate setting is an advantage.Proven food and beverage management experience.Multi outlet experience is preferred.Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and budget management.Efficient problem-solving and personnel management skills.Guest-oriented with strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.RBS training and Food Handler’s Card required.Expected Hours of Work:Flexible work hours, including but not exclusive to busiest times, weekends, holidays, and nights.Job Type:
