Our global air line client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Admin/Product Owner to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. Your time will be shared between Salesforce Admin responsibilities and acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and the technical team, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is effectively utilized to support and enhance business processes.This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Field Sales, Sales Development, B2B Marketing, Sales Communications, Sales IT, etc to ensure the successful launch of technical solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate relationships with agency and corporate customers.Overview:

This is a 40 hours/week contract role for 12 months with opportunities to extend. Must be ATL-based and open to 3 days/week onsite.Job DescriptionProduct Vision & Strategy:Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for Salesforce, aligning with business goals and objectives.Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the highest value features are delivered in alignment with stakeholder needs.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the delivered product meets the expectations and needs of the users.Solution Design & Development:Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to design scalable and efficient solutions.Deliver Salesforce features and customizations following best practices and aligned with the overall product strategy.Project Management:Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, from initiation to delivery.Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and monitor progress against goals.User Adoption & Training:Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce features.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to utilize Salesforce effectively.Continuous Improvement:Monitor Salesforce performance and user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to the platform.What you need to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)Skills:Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or AgileOne.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Education:Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plus.Experience:3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce.Proven experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce implementations and enhancements.Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.Understanding of AWS cloud technology platform and services.General knowledge of aviation markets and competitive market position.
