We're united by our desire to help our customers succeed, wherever they do business.Point B has been consistently recognized as one of the best places to work by Fortune magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Consulting magazine, BuiltIn, Vault.com, and many others.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:Plan, design and deliver OE projects/workstreams, with coaching and support to continuously develop consulting capabilities.Build relationships through exceptional client service delivery; listen for client needs to inform business development.Develop, curate and present polished information, findings, visualizations and recommendations; facilitate team and client discussions to reach actionable conclusions and decisions.Develop OE consulting artifacts, such as change impact assessments, strategies, plans and communications; workshop agendas, materials, and outcomes; org design templates and documents; HR/Talent transformation recommendations and plans; project tools, plans and status reports.Build and manage stakeholder relationships, including management leaders, program and project team members, end users, vendors, customers, etc.Conduct research and analysis to support project findings and recommendations.Build authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams; proactively contribute and support team efforts while helping clients and other associates achieve their professional goals.Consistently demonstrate Point B values.WHAT WE OFFER:The ability to chart your career path based on expertise and passions.An environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and supports you in reaching your goals.The chance to have a balanced lifestyle by working with local or national clients in a flexible consulting model.The opportunity to further enable a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their clients.A comprehensive, flexible Total Rewards program that supports and recognizes each individual's unique needs and contributions to the firm.WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:B.A. or B.S. required.3-7 years of total experience; minimum of 2 years relevant experience.Demonstrated organizational effectiveness (OE) capability working with change management, organization design and development, and/or HR/Talent projects.Experience planning and managing own work; able to collaborate within a larger program.Experience with change management methodologies/tools; relevant certifications are a plus (ProSci, ACMP, etc.).Ability to develop polished and engaging materials and workshops.Experience being an effective member of a team.Experience with more than one relevant sector/industry desired.THE KIND OF PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR:Flexible players who are curious and eager to learn.Willing to work in an emerging market kind of environment (contribute to business development, new offering or market activities, etc.).Versatile consultants who thrive on variety, challenge, and some ambiguity.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships individually and in a team setting.Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture.Those who have a growth mindset regarding training, practice, and evolving their skills.Engaging leaders who make a positive impact on their firm, clients, and communities.Accomplished consultants with a growth mindset who want to use their networking and relationship-building skills to help grow the firm.Desire to and ability to learn.Passion for Point B's Mission, Vision, Values & Culture.Gets it done brand and attitude.Ability to travel to client site.Ability to work from home.Ability to work non-standard work hours when necessary.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The estimated salary range for this role is $93,000 - $150,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.
