Senior NPI Demand Supply Analyst - Customer Operations

About the RoleThe Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer’s needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of excellence and integrity. This role requires strong operational and order management skills, exceptional abilities in customer communication, advanced data analysis and problem-solving techniques, and a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities for improvement and address day by day challenges in a professional and positive manner.What You will DoMaterials management – oversee execution and delivery of customer orders, mitigate risks to meet customer needsConduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report out data to both internal and external stakeholdersCustomer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectationsCoordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive materials allocations in support of customer project scheduleMeasure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure ZT meets or exceeds customer service requirementsIndependently resolve issues, using escalations when appropriateBe flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive mannerWhat You BringBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineer or related field and a minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning / Management. Alternatively, a Masters degree with 0+ years experience but 1-2 years experience is strongly desired.Customer Relationship Management skillsMaterials Planning knowledge, Order fulfillment process knowledgeTrack record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issuesExcellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow throughAbility to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).About ZT SystemsAt ZT Systems, you’ll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
