Compliance Program Leader

to join our team. This mid- to senior-career position is responsible for ensuring Schneider Electric’s Made in America (Buy America) activities comply with federal requirements per various incentive programs including IIJA, IRA, BAA, BABA, CHIPS, and more.What will you do?Develop and implement a compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with state and federal laws.Coordinate with LOB and GSC for design and manufacture with compliance.Sign off on product and solution compliance requirements.Set standards, process, and policy for assessment, verification, and market response.Audit readiness including centralized area for documentation of decisions, commercial sku references, and more.Audit support in collaboration with internal and outside counsel.Conduct spot audits to ensure internal execution to expectations.Report to leadership on program development, performance, and barriers to furthering capability.Set the vision for Compliance.What's in it for you?You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your technical and leadership skills as you gain and apply your knowledge with the goal of simultaneously advancing your personal brand and the Schneider Electric brand in the marketplace.Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being programs, holidays & paid time off, military leave benefits, and more.Who will you report to?This role will report directly to the Win Room Leader.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Compliance, Operations, Risk Management, Legal or associated field.Highly detail and process oriented.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Excellent program management and organizational skills.Ability to lead others in the completion of duties.Knowledge of Schneider Electric processes and systems, or experience with similar complex systems in a large organization.Let us learn about you!
