Technical Product Manager supporting the eDiscovery Technology product family responsible for establishing the vision, roadmap and technical direction of multiple products supporting the eDiscovery Services and Archiving technology domain within Deutsche Bank.Responsibilities:Set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the eDiscovery Technology products.Lead a team of engineers responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of eDiscovery business capabilities to meet regulatory obligations.Work with eDiscovery, Legal and Compliance stakeholders, to develop the roadmap and deliver key business capabilities.Manage a small team focused on developing and maintaining multiple applications to enable eDiscovery services.Interface with application teams, architect, and business partners to drive adoption of applications.What We Offer You:A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration.A hybrid working model with up to 60% work from home, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days.A commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility.Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement.Access to a strong network of Communities of Practice connecting you to colleagues with shared interests and values.Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits.Educational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programs.What You’ll Do:Establish vision and technical direction for multiple products within eDiscovery Technology product family.Work with the team, key stakeholders and technology partners to design, improve and develop business capabilities to support eDiscovery Services.Collaborate with eDiscovery Technology colleagues, help develop and execute the strategy for eDiscovery Technology.Manage Product Owners and other members of the Agile product team; Manage multiple products and drive adoption of product with stakeholders and business partners.Identify opportunities to expand, automate, optimize applications within the portfolio.Drive functional and technical requirements and execution plan for product delivery.How You’ll Lead:eDiscovery Business Partners.Peer Product Managers.Agile Teams – Scrum Master, Developers, QA.Skills You’ll Need:Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes; Extensive technical and product management experience. Strong technical foundation with experience and good knowledge of technologies like Cloud (GCP preferably), programming language (Java preferable), BigData and related technologies.Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product; Experience technical product management.Extensive Hands-on experience knowledge of maintaining products; Knowledge of eDiscovery services and archiving technology.Hands-on experience on Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub); Knowledge of design patterns and architectural frameworks.Skills That Will Help You Excel:Fluent in English (written/verbal), strong written and verbal communication.Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations.Ability to inspire and motivate teams from different technical disciplines.Ability to foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the bank.Strong communication skills.Expectations:It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
