At Starbucks, we are performance-driven, through the lens of humanity; we strive to create opportunities with broader impact.During the Starbucks Summer Internship Program, you will:Influence business performance: make an impact through meaningful project work.Develop professionally: enhance your skills at workshops and business overviews.Foster connection: grow your network as you meet and learn from senior Starbucks leaders.About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program:Starbucks internships are paid, 11-week assignments (June – August 2024) at the Starbucks Support Center in Seattle - our corporate headquarters. Internships at Starbucks include great Intern perks: Starbucks Rewards Gold Status, Spotify Premium, 30% discount in company-owned Starbucks stores, Headspace Plus Membership, Lyra Mental Health Benefit, and more.Your internship experience will include immersion into Starbucks Mission, Values, & Culture, roundtables with senior leadership, engagement with our Partner Networks (business resource groups), exploring Seattle, and networking with your peers and intern alumni within your function and across the organization.As an MBA intern, you will be stretched to build on your existing knowledge, challenged to maximize your learning agility, and positioned to make a meaningful and lasting impact on your team. You will connect with senior leaders through your day-to-day work and through Starbucks internship programming, including executive lunch & learns and networking events. Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit as you contribute to the success of Starbucks while building valuable professional relationships!Note: Each student that successfully completes this internship may be considered for full-time career openings upon completion of their degree program.About Starbucks Licensed Stores, Business Development:We offer valuable exposure to various parts of the business as well as senior leadership within the Licensed Stores, Business Development organization. Your experience will include a primary project within a specific functional area of business development that will challenge you and highlight the breadth of a full-time position. As an MBA intern, you will be asked to build on your existing knowledge and be positioned to make a meaningful and lasting contribution to your team.We’d love to hear from students with:Strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.Demonstrated interest in strategic business planning, utilizing data & insights.Ability to help reimagine our GTM strategy to unlock new customer occasions.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.MBA Internship Program Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant work experience.Active enrollment in an accredited graduate program (MBA or other business-related graduate program).Expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.Ability to work full-time from June-August 2024.Available to relocate to Seattle, WA.Eligible to work in the United States.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.We are committed to creating a diverse and welcoming workplace that includes partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
