Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the company goals.Process Improvement:
Identifying inefficiencies and implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.People Leader:
Leading and mentoring operations teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Budget Management:
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.Quality Assurance:
Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaboration:
Coordinating with other departments such as supply chain, engineering, and sales to streamline operations.Performance Tracking:
