An Association Law Firm is currently hiring a Litigation Attorney. The position is a Direct Hire placement and is offering full-time hours along with a generous benefits plan.
Responsibilities:
Represent Condo and HOA associations in debt collection.
Handle notifications of non-compliance.
Manage liens and possibly foreclosure actions against delinquent homeowners.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of litigation experience in one of the following areas: foreclosure, real estate, association law, debt collection, or general civil litigation.
Salary is commensurate with litigation experience.
Minimum Requirements:3-4 years litigation experience.
