The four lawyers in the firm hustle to keep the cakes coming and the clients coming back. This position would be in our litigation branch assisting Homeowners Associations in collecting from delinquent homeowners. This position is hybrid—you will be working from home but required to appear at court hearings in Beaufort, Charleston, Jasper, and Colleton Counties.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the South Carolina bar and in good standingMinimum of 1 year of experience practicing HOA lawStrong knowledge of foreclosure and debt collection laws, regulations, and industry practicesProficiency in legal drafting and research using Westlaw and Lexis-NexisExcellent negotiation, communication, and writing skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCompany Info:Bannon Law Group, LLC
