The purpose of the Director of Finance and Administration is to provide oversight and ensure strong internal administrative functions and compliance for Global Frontier Missions in the areas of finance, technology, human resources, member care, and partnership development services. This ministry role can be full-time and support-raising is required. The Director of Finance and Administration has the ability to work on site and from home on a regular basis.Required Qualifications

Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values, and statement of faithMust identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture (2 Tim 3:16-17; Col 3:16-17)Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others (Eph 4:15)Must display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking (Heb 10:24-25)Must function well both independently and in a team environment (1 Cor 12:25-26)Must be able to use or learn internal communications and technology systems (Email, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)Must demonstrate strong leadership and management skillsMust demonstrate both detail orientation and high-level strategic capabilityMust demonstrate skills in problem-solving and change managementMust show strong personal morals of integrity and confidentialityRecommended

A College Degree is preferred but not required; informal training and experience in management, organization, and/or leadership also acceptableKey Responsibilities

Oversee and manage internal administrative functions of the organization: Finance, IT, and Personnel departments, including HR, Member Care, and Partnership Development ServicesAssess, hire and train finance, personnel, and tech staffIdentify, contract, and liaise with external expert resources in these departments as strategically sustainable for the organizationProvide ongoing, regular coaching/leadership to personnel, finance, and IT staffConduct semi-annual staff reviews for personnel, finance, and IT staffProvide financial oversight of the budgets pertaining to personnel, finance, and IT departmentsLiaise with board of directors, finance committee, bookkeeping/accounting staff, GFM leadership, and professional CPA regarding organizational financial matters, accounting processes, and financial projectionsMaintain regular communication with GFM hub directors and leadershipEnsure strong human resources practices and compliance across the organizationIdentify solutions for improving and streamlining administrative tools, processes, and functions for GFM staff
