Midea America is a subsidiary of Midea with over 200 employees in the US and we are expanding our presence in North America.Job SummaryThe E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing the strategy across Amazon for the US market. This position requires an effective communicator, with strong business acumen and acute analytical skills. The role will include monitoring the market, creating, and owning the annual sales plan and will be responsible for driving sales growth in alignment with marketing and organization strategies. As the E-Commerce manager you will be the P&L owner and work closely with the global E-Commerce team, Product Managers, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to optimize listings, manage inventory, implement pricing strategies, and ensure content excellence to achieve annual targets.Key Responsibilities

Business Objectives:

Develop Buyer relationships inclusive of terms negotiations and growth initiatives.Achieve annual Sell in/Sell out and Marketing/Advertising ROI targets.Maintain healthy inventory position for the business.Manage category P&L and develop plans that drive revenue and margin improvements.Listing Optimization:

Work with Product and Operation team to ensure all product listings are optimized for search, utilizing best practices. Ensure consistency across all products, maintaining brand integrity and adherence to company standards.Stay current with Amazon's algorithm updates and industry trends to implement effective optimization strategies.Inventory Management:

Continuously monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and fulfillment efficiency.Develop and manage product pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and sales velocity to make data-driven pricing decisions.Product Management:

Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and product trends and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.Collaborate with Product Managers on new opportunities, develop and execute plans for the launch of new products, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies.Work with Product Managers on Product Selection and management.Troubleshooting:

Quickly address and resolve issues relating to listing discrepancies, pricing inconsistencies, inventory, and fulfillment issues.Collaborate with relevant teams internally and at Amazon to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges impacting the online shopping experience.Required Qualifications:

Ability and experiences of leading a cross-functional team.Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, specifically on the Amazon platform.In-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor & Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide a team.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong presentation and communication skills.Occasional International Travel (

Preferred Qualifications:
