They have one of the most accomplished leadership teams in the renewables space and are well-backed by one of the largest private equity funds globally (1 Trillion$ AUM). The position will be responsible for executing contracts, negotiation, and structuring. The office is based in Austin, TX.ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for structuring and securing off-take for the project pipeline as well as optimization of the operating fleet to manage merchant exposure.You will also execute the Company's power offtake strategy for individual projects and support due diligence of project acquisition opportunities, identify RFP opportunities, and negotiate power contracts.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 8+ years of strong experience in energy originating, executing contracts in power marketing, negotiating, and structuring experience.Strong relationships with PPA buyers and power market concepts.ApplicationIf you are interested in this position, please apply directly on the platform with your latest CV.
