What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the optimization of real estate land documentation processes, focusing on monitoring financial obligations across development assets in the battery storage portfolioAct as a key stakeholder in the real estate acquisition process, supporting landowner relations and due diligence effortsCollaborate cross-functionally to aggregate site control documentation needs and optimize title/survey documentation processesManage the real estate database for the renewable energy portfolio, including milestone management, budgeting, and general reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):Must have experience developing and managing real estate site control and documentation processesProject management mindset for monitoring real estate project deadlines, obligations, and milestonesExpertise in renewable energy land administration protocols and data management system developmentExtensive experience in organizing and overseeing internal data management resources and softwareStrong background in land negotiations and supporting the closure of large commercial real estate transactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Understanding of leases, purchase options, land permitting, purchase agreements, and site control administration initiativesWorking knowledge of utility-scale renewables (solar PV, energy storage/battery storage, & wind) origination and development processes
