Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in litigation defense. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm's Senior Partners on all aspects of civil litigation through trial. This role requires a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, as well as excellent legal research and analytical skills. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client service and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Senior Partners on civil litigation matters, engaging in all aspects of cases from inception to trial.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.Interact effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.Utilize legal research software and other computer applications to support case management.Maintain high levels of professionalism and ethical standards in all legal practices.Develop and maintain outstanding client relationships through excellent service and communication.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.1-5 years of experience in litigation defense.Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer applications.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong commitment to client service and ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.Company infoBCG Attorney Search10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100HoustonTexasUnited States 77042Phone :
