8 AM - 4 PMResponsibilities:Lead the Quoting team, ensuring a productive work environment.Address employee issues and grievances.Manage the entire quoting process, from RFQs to final quotes.Establish and track timeline metrics to improve efficiency and meet ISO9001 standards.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotes.Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Maintain proposal databases and tracking tools.Qualifications:Years of experience: 8 years in quoting, estimating, or program management in manufacturing or technical industries.Skills in quoting, management (overseeing 10 people), project management, cable harness knowledge, and IPC-A-620 knowledge.This posting is open for thirty (30) days.
