Job OverviewClients AV engineering department is responsible for running our global corporate events, daily AV operations, maintaining over 1500+ conference rooms, and building conference rooms globally as needed. We are looking for someone to help us maintain the integrity of our local conference rooms.This position consists of AV troubleshooting and customer support for corporate clients employees. Training opportunities will be available, including Audio Video and other Service Desk related IT training. AV sweeps need to be completed on a daily basis and the ideal candidate will be able to produce a detailed log of all issues.ResponsibilitiesMaintain 100+ client conference rooms in San FranciscoComplete daily sweep inspections of all conference rooms and perform AV basic troubleshootingDaily room sweeps will require that you check the following

All AV user cables are in good physical condition and passing signalAll power cables are in place and correctly powering laptopsBoth Zoom and Teams iPads are on the networkZoom iPads have the correct video and audio settingsYou can launch a call and both audio and video are being transmittedLogistics and inventory support for San Francisco offices

Ability to work with limited supervision and stay focused while performing repetitive tasksStrong documentation and communication skillsUnderstand basic AV signal flow and have the ability to do basic troubleshootingExperience with ticketing systemsAbility to follow through and execute on assigned tasksAbility to identify and report trendsCompensationEstimated Pay Range: $30.24 - $40.91.
