Salary:

$5,000/month, $60,000/annually with a generous benefits package

Location:

Madison or Milwaukee, WI (Please note: Employment with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin requires residence or willingness to relocate to the state of Wisconsin.)

The Opportunity:

The Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting with the operations infrastructure for a statewide coordinated campaign as our operation scales up for the 2024 cycle. The ideal applicant works well in fast-paced environments, can effectively communicate within our team and across departments, and has organizing or operations experience. This position requires some flexible hours and eagerness to assist on any task. This is a termed position through the end of the 2024 campaign cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new hiring prospects.

Help with operational tasks such as purchasing.

Help maintain operational reports and tracking databases.

Coordinate with various partners to execute local and national events.

Coordinate with members of the organizing team on potential office openings and supplies needed.

Work outside of normal work hours, including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary.

Qualifications (Preferred):

At least one cycle of general campaign experience.

Prior budgetary experience.

Prior experience with technology and cybersecurity.
