QC Control Inspector
Job Information:
Contract-to-Hire, Located in Masury, OH.
Paying $18-$22 per hour.
QC Inspector Responsibilities:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
Medical/Vision/Dental/401K offered: Yes. Paid Time Off: after probationary period
Metal parts inspection: nuts, bolts, screws, fittings, clamps, flanges, etc.
Documentation of inspection report
Quarantining non-confirming material
Root Cause Analysis
Visually inspects parts for quality
Uses micrometers, tape measures, calipers, thread gauges and documents inspections
Maintains files, including traceability of all finished goods
Suggests corrective actions for non-conforming material
Tracks on-time delivery of shipments
Works closely with Engineering to ensure customer specs are met
Quality Control Inspector Requirements:
High school diploma or Vocational/Technical school is required
At least one (1) year prior quality control experience with another mill or steel/metal fabricator is preferred
Must display working knowledge of measurement tools: micrometer, caliper, etc.
Basic computer skills , b asic data entry
