Information Systems/Security Assurance Specialist II (U.S. Citizen)

NOTE :

This position is for our forthcoming long-term federal project.

Please review the requirements carefully.

Daily ResponsibilitiesSpecialized in analysis or application of system security practices within an organization/agency.Assist system owner and ISSO in varies aspects in developing and writing C&A documentation packages included in the process of helping an organization/agency obtain an ATO on its systems and/or environment.Follow NIST and/or DoD IA C&A Process standards in performance of job functions.Familiar with commonly used tools, concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Requirements

Must of a U.S. Citizen (no dual status), as mandated by the government client.Must be local to the San Antonio TX area (no convenience travel)Must have an active Secret clearance.Must have the following certification: IAT III and IAM III: IAW Section 3.0 Commercial Certificates for DoD 8570.01-M certificate requirement, CE: Associate level (professional preferred) certificate for supported technology.4+ years of demonstrated experience in the above referenced responsibilities in a federal government project / environment.BS/BA degree or equivalent experience may be substituted for a 4-year degree.
