Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of excellence, a passion for serving clients, and the ability to independently manage all phases of complex employment litigation.Duties:Independently manage cases throughout all phases of litigationHandle all phases of complex employment litigationReview and analyze complex employment agreementsPrepare demands, motions, and pleadingsEngage in extensive client interactionsAppear in court for various proceedingsProficiently manage cases from inception to resolutionTake and defend depositionsArgue motions in courtPrepare for and attend trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and mediationsRequirements:Must be Barred in Maryland and D.C.Significant experience in independently managing litigation casesAbility to handle all phases of complex employment litigationProven ability to review and analyze complex employment agreementsProficient in preparing legal documents such as demands, motions, and pleadingsMust possess excellent client interaction skillsCompetence in court appearances and arguing motionsProficiency in taking and defending depositionsExperience preparing for and attending various legal proceedings, including trials and mediationsEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active Bar membership in Maryland and D.C.Skills:Strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSuperior writing and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced legal environmentExperience:5-7 years of experience in litigation at a law firmRecord of outstanding achievement in previous rolesExtensive experience in managing complex employment litigation
