We're looking for someone who can craft messages and ideas into visually engaging experiences! Through Interface design, delightful interaction design, and delivery of end-to-end experiences, you will help elevate storytelling across the entire Cross-Cloud Product and Platform organization.What You’ll DoWork closely with product teams, designers, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans.Go through an end-to-end design thinking process, from storyboards to user validation sessions.Craft prototypes in Figma by using your creativity and following a design system.Shadow and assist senior designers in workshop facilitation, user research, and leadership readouts.Advocate for the user throughout the design process.What You Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree in design, HCI, interaction design, UX engineering or equivalent experience required.0-1+ year’s experience in design or interaction design.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma and communication tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Experience Design team.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,600 -- $135,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
