Lead Data Scientist

DrFirst.com, Inc. seeks Lead Data Scientist in Rockville, MD.Duties:Manage a Team of Data Scientists.Support the implementation of AWS Cloud computing solutions and services.Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of interventions.Work with senior leadership to align data science initiatives with the overall business strategy.Develop a roadmap for the team that supports the organization’s goals and objectives.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team’s projects and overall performance.Analyze large healthcare datasets and ensure the quality of data to improve our proprietary products.This position supervises SOC code 15-2041.00.Telecommuting is permitted.Requirements:Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research or related field plus 1 year of experience. Employer will accept skills experience gained from collegiate studies, internship, or work experience.Requires experience in all of the following:AWS cloud services;Python and SQL;Advanced statistical analysis and optimization;Building Machine Learning models with AWS SageMaker;Database management systems (AWS Redshift and Oracle).
