Job Title:

Senior Manager, Legal CounselNavitaire, an Amadeus company, are proven innovators in the travel industry shaping the way the world thinks about travel. Navitaire is evolving our portfolio of hosted services towards a next-generation modern airline retailing platform aligned to industry offer and order retailing concepts. This transformation is founded in principles of customer-centric value delivery and driven by cloud-first modern engineering practices.Responsibilities:Support new business models by identifying legal and compliance risks and advise on the implementation of risk-management strategies.Supervise or directly negotiate complex and large SaaS/outsourcing agreements for Navitaire customers.Balance between commercial and legal stakes, and clearly communicate any legal risks.Work independently and with teams, driven by a need to make the complex simple with excellent legal judgement and business mindset.Have daily exposure to customers and Navitaire/Amadeus senior management.Education:University Degree in Law (e.g., JD, LLB, LLM) and Legal Qualification to practice as a lawyer in the US.Relevant Work Experience:Senior professional with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house position in a multinational corporation.Experience in:Offering Counsel role supporting the development of new business models and go-to-market offerings.IT/SaaS/outsourcing agreements and related data privacy issues.Drafting contract templates.Business Understanding:We are looking for a seasoned attorney with proven understanding of commercial principles involved in both bringing new offerings to market and negotiating agreements for such offerings.Skills:Experience and skill to serve as (lead) negotiator (preferably on the IT vendor side).Strong commercial outlook and great client care skills.Working at Amadeus:A critical mission and purpose - Powering the future of travel.A truly global DNA - Global footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - On-the-job training and formal learning activities.A caring environment - Nurturing fulfilling careers and personal life.A complete rewards offer - Attractive remuneration packages.A flexible working model - Supporting best work practices.A diverse and inclusive community - Leveraging diversity to drive innovation.A reliable company - Trust and reliability as fundamental values.Diversity & Inclusion:
