Senior Manager, Legal CounselNavitaire, an Amadeus company, is a proven innovator in the travel industry, shaping the way the world thinks about travel. We are looking for an experienced technology attorney to lead the development of the legal strategy to support this mission-critical transformation.Responsibilities:Support new business models by identifying legal and compliance risks and advising on the implementation of risk-management strategies.Supervise or directly negotiate complex and large SaaS/outsourcing agreements for Navitaire customers.Work independently and with teams, simplifying complex issues and demonstrating excellent legal judgment and business mindset.Engage with customers and Navitaire/Amadeus senior management, collaborating closely with Amadeus' legal teams worldwide.Education:University Degree in Law (e.g., JD, LLB, LLM) and legal qualification to practice as a lawyer in the US.Relevant Work Experience:Senior professional with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in private practice and/or in-house position in a multinational corporation.
