With technology at its core, Livanta has built a portfolio of telehealth, data analytics, and tracking mechanisms that position it to inspire a better healthcare system that connects beneficiaries, providers, and payers to improve health outcomes, increase efficiency, and manage costs.We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead and drive capture efforts in support of our Federal Health portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team, senior leadership, proposal teams, partners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and secure new business opportunities. You will lead all capture activities, from strategy development through proposal submission, with a focus on building winning strategies and fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders and partners.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the capture process for assigned opportunities within the Federal Health portfolio, guiding them through every phase from identification to proposal submission.Lead the execution of capture strategies across multiple, simultaneous pursuits and proposals while ensuring alignment with win themes and customer needs.Develop comprehensive capture plans, driving the team (internal and external) to execute the plan and adapt strategies as the procurement evolves.Build deep knowledge of customer requirements, challenges, and needs, leading solution development sessions to align with customer objectives.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders, industry partners, and internal teams to support capture success.Provide support during the transition from capture to implementation, ensuring a smooth handover of knowledge to the delivery team.Qualifications and requirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.5+ years of experience in capture management or related roles, with a proven track record of managing large federal government contracts exceeding $50M.Strong expertise in navigating federal procurement processesProven ability to build and maintain relationships with government customers and industry partners.Demonstrated success in capturing and winning large-scale contracts.Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and gaining internal and external support for strategic initiatives.Desired QualificationsExperience with CMS, VA, DHA, and/or HHS organizations a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
