We are seeking an experienced Capture Manager with a strong focus on federal government contracting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, capturing, and winning federal contracts that align with our company's mission and strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the federal procurement process, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record of successfully winning technology procurement contracts in the health and other federal sectors.Capture Management:

Lead the capture process for federal opportunities, including developing and executing capture strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying and addressing customer requirements.Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the federal government sector, related to technology, particularly in health technology.Develop and maintain a robust short and long-term pipeline of prospects aligned with company capabilities and growth objectives.Lead, manage and administer contract vehicles.Manage capture development schedule and key milestones such as capture planning meetings, bid meetings, draft kick-off meetings, solution development, content planning, win strategy/theme development, and readiness reviews.Networking and Relationship Building:

Utilize advanced networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key federal government stakeholders, including IT and health agency leaders, program managers, contracting officers, and other decision-makers. Leverage these relationships to gain insights and influence procurement decisions.Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our visibility and influence.Establish relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors as needed. Ensure alignment with overall capture strategy and company objectives.Leverage social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage with federal contracting stakeholders.Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to understand federal procurement trends, agency priorities, and competitor strategies. Use this information to inform capture strategies and business development plans.Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for federal business development.Provide regular updates on capture progress, pipeline status, and market intelligence.Proposal Development:

Lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer requirements.Provide capture input to proposal writing, pricing strategies, and proposal reviews.Ensure incorporation of key strategies, solutions, and winning themes into final proposal products.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information technology, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development or capture management within the federal government contracting environment.Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning federal contracts.In-depth knowledge of the federal procurement process, including FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations. Familiarity with federal contracting agencies, their priorities, and procurement strategies.Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and health technology trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements.Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on federal contracting.Skills:
