Description:Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting:Our Brand & Creative team is responsible for the management of Client brand and design support for corporate materials.This 9 member team manages, design, writing, strategy, production, video and more for corporate assets, internally and externally.What would a day in the life of this role look like?: This role would be focused on developing materials for partners including company reports, infographics, presentations, 1-page explainers, internally used templates and more.What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager?This role would integrate with our creative team which includes design, writing, photography and videography. The right candidate would work collaboratively with PMs, producers and creatives to ensure that all assets are on-brand, effective and meet the brief.What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?:This designer should be able to quickly interpret brand guidelines and be able to translate that into effective, on brand designs.What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role?This is a complex industry and this role would be asked to take complex concepts and translate them into incisive, simple visuals.Is utilities experience required?
