Be visionary and strategic in the creation of teams, opportunities and programs to further ministry engagement and growth. Champion ministry engagement in Central’s vision.
Position is part-time at 28 hours per week with flexible, virtual office work hours that may include evenings. Dedicated church office hours to be determined. Position requires weekend service participation.This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the mission and vision of Central Christian Church.Responsibilities:
Planning, budgeting and spiritual oversight for women’s ministry at all Central campusesCast vision and lead staff personnel for Central WomenLead Central Women Campus Leads for ministry alignment across all Central campusesBuild, train and empower volunteer leadership teams to support Central, campuses and Central Women ministryCreate serving opportunities for the women at Central in all ministry areasInitiate creativity and hold oversight to achieve relevant Central Women EventsPlan and maintain budget in line with Central vision and initiativesPerform all administrative duties needed for positionSupport all staff duties and functions for CentralOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Have minimum three years of ministry or non-profit experience through serving or vocationProven leadership experience in project managementSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsHave recent team building and team leadership experience in a ministerial or corporate environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityBe an innovator while executing daily tasks with excellenceBe proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word with demonstrated experience using social mediaShould have knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and provide a digital portfolioMust show evidence of multi-generational cultural awareness and ministerial forums for care and opportunities for womenCompetencies:
