Purpose:

The Director of Digital Marketing will report to the Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies. This role involves enhancing our online presence through various digital channels to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and support our mission. The Director of Digital Marketing will oversee all social media marketing, copywriting, website management, and SEO for Guadalupe Centers, Inc.Essential duties and responsibilities:Develop, manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand and missionMonitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaignsOversee the creation of compelling and creative copy for various digital marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and website contentEnsure all copy aligns with our brand voice and messagingCollaborate with internal teams to gather information and create impactful contentOversee the maintenance and functionality of the Guadalupe Centers websiteUpdate website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevanceWork with web developers to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issuesOptimize the user experience and ensure the website is mobile-friendlyDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankingsConduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimizationMonitor and report on website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Digital Reach and Google AnalyticsStay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practicesOther duties as assigned.Qualification Requirements:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, copywriting, website management, and SEOProven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging contentStrong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativityExperience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledgeProficiency in SEO tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and keyword research toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPassion for the mission and values of Guadalupe CentersBilingual (English and Spanish) oral and written required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketing software: Canva, Adobe, or similar.Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others, move, and sit frequently.
