Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position:
The Sr. Director, Organizational Health Finance & Enterprise Services will be responsible for building and leading an organization that facilitates a high-performing organizational culture by implementing programs that will attract, develop, and retain a diverse talent pipeline. She/he will work closely with Finance & Enterprise Services Leaders on creating new initiatives and advancing existing programs to develop their teams and improve organization health leading to highly engaged and satisfied people. Sr. Director, Organizational Health Finance & Enterprise Services will collaborate with leaders across all functions to identify opportunities for growth to create, execute, and lead programs focused on technical and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a vision for the organization to deepen the talent pipeline, retain top talent, and improve organization health metrics
Align with Leaders on a program roadmap, clear goals with success metrics, and measure the impact
Oversee the execution and logistics of high-quality programs including the Finance Intern program, Finance Development Program, Technical Skill Development Program, and People Leader development
Effectively maintain and develop a leadership curriculum and deliver development programs to build world class leaders
Design and scale a coaching program for Finance & Enterprise leaders and high potential individual contributors
Ensure a best-in-class experience for employees through synergistic organization health programs and career development resources
Maintain alignment with Corporate programs and ensure cross functional leverage of learning resources by playing an active role on the Corporate Learning Council
Strengthen our talent pipeline for new hires and increase promotional readiness for existing employees
Lead and develop a team within the Finance Development organization
Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create leadership programs for women and underrepresented minorities resulting in a diverse talent pool prepared for career advancement
Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Development to scale corporate career development initiatives and create world class development programs
QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum seven to ten years of relevant work experience
Extensive leadership training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with executive leadership
Exceptional presentation skills and ability to facilitate training programs
Ability to drive consensus with executive stakeholders and make strategic decisions
Successful track record of coaching and developing leaders
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability
Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time with global business experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Leadership and performance coaching experience (certification preferred)
Experience in a fast-growing company and/or within a technology or healthcare environment
